Following instructions shows how to enable cookies, depending on the type of browser you are using:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7

From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options".

Click on the "Privacy" tab.

Click the "Default" button (alternatively you can manually slide the bar to "Medium" position) under "Settings".

Click "OK".
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x

From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options".

Click on the "Security" tab.

Click the "Custom Level" button.

Scroll down to "Cookies" and:

Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".

Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".

Click "OK".
Mozilla Firefox

From the "Tools" menu, select "Options".

In the left panel, Select the "Privacy" icon.

Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".

Click "OK" to save changes.
Netscape 7.1/Mozilla 5.0

From the Edit menu, select "Preferences".

Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand.

Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."

Select "Enable all cookies".

Click "OK".
Opera 7.x

From the "Tools" menu, select "Preferences".

Click the "Privacy" selection located at the bottom left of the window and:

Enable cookies checkbox must be checked.

Accept all cookies should be selected in the "Normal coookies" drop-down list.

Click "OK".
